• Delivery is free and fast. Once we receive your order and the relevant party information (please remember to include this in the Order Notes at checkout), we will email you the invitation as soon as possible - usually within two hours but it could be as slow as 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don't see our email in your inbox.

• You can download the invitation via a browser or smartphone. Once downloaded, you can send it by SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other platform you prefer! However, if you want to send it via WhatsApp, please use the web version as the app lowers the quality of the invitation.
