Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (personalised digital products), we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds once you have been sent your product. However if you have accidentally placed an order and we haven't fulfilled it, please reach out to us straight away and we should be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you would like any amendments (e.g. the party date has changed), we would be happy to amend your invitation.
