Can you adapt one of the designs or create a bespoke invitation for me?

We love creating bespoke invitations and cards! Please reach out via our Contact form and we would be happy to help. Turnaround time for bespoke items can vary but we aim to have it with you in under 48hrs.

Can I also purchase a print-version of an invitation?

Please get in touch and we would be happy to help with this!

Can I order if I'm not in the United Kingdom?

Absolutely! The wonder of digital invites and cards is that you can easily send them to all of your loved ones worldwide and we love making that possible!

Can I order an invitation in a language other than English?

Of course! Please reach out to discuss or order the invitation / card you would like and then reach out to let us know what you would like it to say.

What format will the invitation/card be sent in?

Non-animated invitations and cards are sent in PNG format, designed to fill the full screen of an iphone, so 1170x2532 pixels. The animated invitations are in .mp4 format and also 1170x2532 pixels.

Are your digital invitations and cards refundable?

Our personalised digital invitations and cards aren't eligible for refund due to the nature of the products. However, if you have put through an order accidentally and we haven't fulfilled your order, we would be happy to cancel it and refund it.

We want you to be happy with your product so please reach out if you would like any amendments or support downloading or sending your invitation/card.

What do I do if I need to amend something on my invitation?

Typo? Date change? Don't worry, please reach out and we would be happy to update your invitation / card!  

How can I send my invitation or card via WhatsApp?

If you are sending your invitation via WhatsApp, we have noticed that the app lowers the quality and can make it look a bit blurry. To fix that, we recommend sending via the WhatsApp web browser and that will send it in a much clearer format. To do that, go to web.whatsapp.com and login via the QR code.
