Refund policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds as our products are personalised digital products, so once received by you they cannot be refunded. If you have ordered accidentally and we haven't fulfilled your order, please get in touch and we can cancel and refund your order.

We would like our customers to be happy with their purchases so please do get in touch if you would like any amendments to your digital invitation or card and we would be happy to help.
